Shipping and Payment
Deliveries are free for USA, canada and Europe; Delivery cost is $25 for the rest of the destinations (Africa, Asia, Middle East etc…), and for all orders weighing less than or equal to 250kg (0.25 tons)
Beyond 250kg, the delivery price is agreed depending on the shipping destination.
Once we receive your order, we will send you payment information within 12 hours at the latest.
We ship very discreetly and securely, by express mail. All packages are shipped 24h maximum after receipt of payment.
*** The origin of the shipment of your package (shipping country … USA, UK, Ukraine or Sweden ) will depend on your location (country ,continent), stock availability at the time of receipt of your payment, etc…

Make a claim :
You can request a refund (+ possibly compensation) in the event of non-receipt of your package.

The accounting department will take care of your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
If you are eligible, you will receive your refund (and possibly compensation) within 7 working days following the decision to refund.
The conditions for making a claim must be as follows:
The delivery failure does not come from you (e.g. wrong address, package received in poor condition , canceled or insufficient payment, error in receipt information, etc.)
